- Thaw and rinse the frozen peas, then drain well.
- Cook and dice the bacon. (Tip: Cook extra for snacking—it’s impossible not to!)
- Dice the red onion into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the peas, bacon, and onion.
- Drizzle with avocado oil, season with salt and pepper, and add just a touch of maple syrup.
- Gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
